Analytics Mentoring. Grow your data analytics skills - individually and practically.

Analytics Mentoring Individual support

One-on-one sessions on GA4, Power BI, Python and BigQuery - for your career goals, not a generic course template

You are moving into analytics, levelling up as a GA4 specialist or building BI skills - but you lack someone to walk through your project, not a generic tutorial. Mentoring means regular 1:1 sessions, a development plan, feedback on work tasks and access to knowledge from dozens of client implementations. A different format than group training for teams - here your pace and your stack matter.

Does this sound familiar?

You want to enter analytics but don't know where to start

Many online courses, little structure - you need a roadmap and first portfolio projects.

You run GA4 but don't feel confident

Reports “work”, but GTM debug, BigQuery and advanced explorations are still unknown territory.

A new role requires a fast skills jump

Marketing → analyst, junior → mid - you need a mentor, not another generic course.

You want to add Python / SQL / BI to web analytics

Report automation, BigQuery, Power BI - learning on real work tasks.

You need a second opinion on a project

Measurement plan, data architecture, tool choice - review before rollout at a client or in-house.

Training a whole team, not one person?

Group workshops work better - analytics training for companies.

How mentoring works - 4 steps

  1. 01

    Goal diagnosis

Where you are today, where you want to be (role, projects, optional certifications). We define areas: web analytics, BI, Python, cloud.

Deliverable: skills map + 3-6 month priorities
  2. 02

    Development plan

Session schedule, tasks between meetings, materials and tools (including free resources from calculators).

Deliverable: mentoring plan + session package
  3. 03

    1:1 sessions

Online or on-site. Review of your work, live coding, GA4/GTM debug, report review - not “slides for 2 hours”.

Deliverable: session notes + action items
  4. 04

    Progress review

Every 4-8 weeks: does the plan work, what to change, do you need project support (subscription) instead of pure mentoring.

Deliverable: progress summary + next steps

Engagement formats

Session packages (e.g. 5×90 min), monthly retainer or ad-hoc before a critical project deadline.

1:1OnlinePL / EN
  • For whom: people entering analytics, GA4/BI specialists growing skills, freelancers building their offer.
  • Model: session package or monthly retainer; language PL or EN.
  • Outcome: measurable skill progress and confidence in daily data work.
  • Not a substitute for client implementation: full technical projects are delivered via implementation or audit - mentoring develops your skills.

Sample development paths

Path: Web Analyst

GA4 + GTM + Looker Studio → ecommerce → BigQuery basics → data quality audit.

Path: BI Analyst

Power BI / Looker → data model → integrations → report refresh automation.

Path: Data Analyst (hybrid)

SQL + Python + GA4 export → connecting marketing with product / CRM data.

Path: Consultant / freelancer

Project scope, client communication, pricing, deliverables - building your own practice.
