In online sales, a long queue of costs sits between price and profit: platform fees, payment fees, packaging, shipping, ads and returns. A 20% discount can look harmless, but with typical margins you may need more than 50% extra sales volume just to earn the same amount.
This spreadsheet calculates the result after all costs and tells you plainly: profit or loss, how much you can spend on ads and which discount is still safe.

The import tab accepts a pasted CSV export, for example GA4 ecommerce purchase data or a marketplace settlement. Map columns, add unit costs and see profit, margin and status per product, plus weighted totals.
