A list of gaps is not yet a repair plan
An audit often ends with a document full of findings. It may lack an owner, due date, evidence and a clear closure condition. Work then gets lost between marketing, development and an agency.
The pack keeps all 34 checks in one place. The audit result sets the priority. A task closes when it is marked Done, its test passes and evidence is recorded.
What you can organize
move the free auditor result into a durable working plan
separate critical gaps from supporting improvements
assign an owner, due date and status to each task
store evidence, ticket or debug-session links
verify fixes with prepared acceptance scenarios
keep a history of releases, versions and rollback instructions
What is in the file
One XLSX file without macros or external connections. Input cells are yellow. The dashboard uses baseline audit results together with subsequent repair statuses, tests and evidence.
Priority identifies open work
The workbook combines check impact with audit result. A failed critical check becomes P0, while an unverified critical check becomes P1. A repair accepted with evidence leaves the open priorities.
Done means tested
Every check has an acceptance condition. A separate sheet covers tag coverage, forms, purchase, Consent Mode, payment attribution and the publishing process.
Changes keep a trace and rollback path
The change log records system, version, author, approval and reversal steps. It helps restore the last working setup.
