Article 50 does not use one label for every AI output

A chatbot, realistic synthetic image and public-interest text require different tests. The form shows five results separately and identifies missing or unresolved premises.

After assessment, save a value snapshot with the item version, responsible party and evidence. The next assessment does not change the archived record.

What the pack helps organize

test direct and genuine two-way interaction with an AI system

assess the cumulative deepfake criteria and disclosure timing

document the conditions for the editorial-control exception

separate audience disclosure from provider-side machine-readable marking

assign owners, dates, status and evidence to publications

record missing or lost labels and other transparency incidents

What is included

The ZIP contains an editable guide, workbook, PDF checklist with an acceptance form, a complete HTML example and free Commission icons.

DOCX: publishing procedure, roles, examples and disclosure library
XLSX: one assessment form with five separate results
XLSX: assessment and evidence history, progress checklist and incidents
PDF: checklist and fields for implementation acceptance
HTML: fictional publication with assessment, disclosure and evidence
Extra: 12 free EU icons, instructions, licence and sources

Uncertainty needs resolution

A missing or Unknown answer on a relevant premise identifies a field to resolve. Other duties are assessed independently.

Review and responsibility are separate

The text exception requires human review or editorial control, and editorial responsibility. The form separates these premises and their evidence.

History preserves the assessment version

Copy one prepared row and paste values only. The register preserves answers and results from the assessment date. This manual step is explained in the instructions.

Scope and sources are listed in the files
